The Doctor and TARDIS, BFF

Hiya y’all! So, does anyone else see the deep connection between each Doctor and the TARDIS?

What is the TARDIS? Well, technically it’s a ship that the Doctor uses to travel through space and time, as well as the ability to travel through alternate or parallel realities. The Doctors’ version of TARDIS is an obsolete one with many different malfunctions, technical issues and the inability to function properly enough to arrrive at the correct destination. The TARDIS is not an inanimate object though as one might be led to believe, so much so, that it manifested itself into human form. But, It is a ship after all?! No, the TARDIS is actually a living entity. These odd quirks and “issues” could essentially be chalked up to the TARDIS developing and ever changing personality. The ability for the TARDIS to think for itself. Each Doctor has had an interesting relationship with the TARDIS. As we discussed previously, each Doctor had had a companion that they felt most connected to. However, the TARDIS has been the one constant for each and every Doctor. Thus, the relationship that has been built over time (and space) is an almost unbreakable bond. Despite the annoyances that the TARDIS may provide each Doctor, even to the point of infuriation, the Doctor and the TARDIS have and will continue to explore time, space, and reality, Best Friends Forever!
